Dismissive staff, exquisite location & relaxing restaurant. The room was normal double, had a luxury bathroom. The service provided there was hospitable. An excellent beach, marvellous view.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

Nice staff and location. Large room, absolutely clean bathroom. Spotless and COLOURFUL hotel in Hoan Kiem district. And so close to the beer street, the city center.

The staff here was thorough, gorgeous location. Room was very good and complete with a bidet. We thoroughly enjoyed the sand beach near our hotel. Again, not far from hoan kiem lake. Pool was clean too. It was a magnificent experience, excellent value for money.

the weather was pleasant, had really comfortable stay. there was an excellant lobby. comfy, exceptionally comfortable room with complimentary breakfast, a fridge, as for instance. natural lighting. incredible service, even though a few employees where extremely unfriendly. there also was paid parking and great pool.

Didn't like the area, it was just fine.

The breakfast was good, the location was PERFECT. It was nice to have satellite television, a writing table and a stone fireplace in the room. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Handy base for staying right in the heart of Hanoi. Hotel's receptionist was top! We appreciated the amenities, such as a minibar, a heating system and a writing table. For breakfast property charges 3 USD per person per day. Special overall experience.
